The person behind PMagic:
Dr. Swantje Thiering, PMP
PMagic is built on more than 20 years of experience in project management, PMO development, process development, manufacturing and leadership across the CDMO and Life Science industries.
With a PhD in Organic Chemistry, extensive experience delivering projects as process development chemist and project manager, and extensive international leadership experience, I combine a strong understanding of the science and business environment with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to getting things done.
From building PMOs and strengthening portfolio governance to leading complex projects, transformations and technology transfers, I help organisations bring structure to complexity, turn strategy into reality and move challenging projects forward.
